Hi there, I'm Gelza!

I bring a calm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental presence to my work. I believe every person’s story is unique, and I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel safe exploring their experiences, challenges, and strengths. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I'm here to help!

My focus

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. My practice focuses on supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, behavioral concerns, life transitions, family conflict, parenting challenges, substance use, and stress related to major life changes.

My approach

My approach integrates evidence-based therapies that focus on both emotional healing and practical skill development. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and behavioral interventions informed by Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help clients understand patterns, regulate emotions, and develop healthier coping strategies.
