I consider it a huge privilege and honor to get to do therapy work with folks, and I approach sessions with compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for my clients. I understand the vulnerability it takes to show up, even when the work is hard. I want to provide a space to allow for healing and exploration to happen naturally, and at your own pace.

That nagging, anxious feeling that you've been pushing off for a while? The dreaded replay of that painful family conversation that keeps you up at night? The broken record of "you're not good enough" or "if only I could have..." that plays on loop in your mind? I'm here for all of that. My experience spans a wide variety of topics and needs.
My approach
My first experience of therapy was one of healing, exploration, and growth- as a client myself! I felt intrigued and inspired to offer the same support I received to others, and that process has been such a gift that continues to grow. My desire to help guide people through hard moments drives how I show up in sessions.
