I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I’ve been providing therapy for the past six years. I’m a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist who believes you deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported while also being challenged to grow. My goal is to create a space where you feel welcomed, valued, and heard.
My focus
I work with teens, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship and family difficulties, stress and burnout, grief, emotional regulation challenges, ADHD, and questions around identity and self-discovery.
My approach
My approach is strengths-based, solution-focused, and trauma-informed, drawing from approaches such as CBT, DBT, and TF-CBT. I believe therapy works best when we build a strong therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively toward goals that matter to you. I’ll help you understand the “why” and "how" to overcome life's challenges.
