My focus
Many of my clients say that working with me is the first time they've gotten to the bottom of what's causing their pain and actually done something about it. I'm less concerned with who you are than if you're ready to do the deep work. I know it's scary, and I'm here with you all the way. I do this because I believe it's what brings lasting change.
My approach
First off, I listen and try to really understand your world. We'll look at coping skills to help you feel more stable rather than trying to escape your feelings. We'll talk some and also pay attention to what's happening in your body, with guided visualizations and parts work to help you connect with the parts that are most in need of healing.
