My approach

Trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Seeking Safety (trauma-focused work), and skilled in Motivational Interviewing, Andrea approaches therapy as a collaborative process.

My focus

Andrea's main areas of focus are treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and helping people create and maintain healthy relationships.

Acknowledging that beginning therapy can be difficult or scary, Andrea's focus is providing a space that is welcoming and safe. Being genuine, honest, and open helps to create that space.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been interested in and drawn to talking with all kinds of different people. I am grateful every day for the privilege I have of being able to connect with and help people in such a meaningful way.
