My journey into mental healthcare began with a deep desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those who have suffered through unjust circumstances and challenges and dare to survive and thrive. I've dedicated my career to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to help clients find the deep well of resilience that exists within.

Our first session

During our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy and begin getting to know one another. I'll gather information about your background, strengths, and challenges. We'll also collaborate to identify your therapeutic goals and develop an individualized treatment plan based on what you need and wish to accomplish in therapy.
