I love helping people identify their needs, explore all aspects of their lives without judgment, and develop tools to cope with life stressors, past traumas, and current struggles. I work primarily with adults facing mood disorders, trauma, adjustment challenges, and substance misuse.
My focus
I enjoy working with adults living with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, past traumas, and dependency or misuse of unhealthy coping mechanisms to numb emotional pain. I also work with co-occurring disorders and help clients develop healthier ways of managing their struggles.
My approach
I take an eclectic approach because each person is unique. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused techniques, Mindfulness, and Harm Reduction. We'll determine what works best for you to meet your goals and build a coping skills toolkit created just for you.
