I work with teenagers and young adults facing self-harm, suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, abuse, sexual assault, body image concerns, and gender identity or sexuality exploration. My specialties include adolescent concerns, trauma, eating disorders, body image issues, and anxiety.

I take a humanistic and person-centered approach, believing our life experiences shape us and understanding how emotions and thoughts from those experiences impact us today is essential. I value connection in the therapy room and tailor interventions to individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
