Hi there, I'm Lynn!

Every day, we have the opportunity to nurture and strengthen our relationships through our interactions; these are sliding door opportunities. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California who specializes in working with couples to recognize these frequently lost opportunities to build friendship and intimacy in relationships.

My focus

I walk alongside couples to explore their individual experiences and traumas that can impact the quality of our communication patterns. I provide psychoeducation to couples to support a better understanding of their behaviors and reactions.

My approach

Our first example of relationships, communication, and conflict is our primary caregivers, who can have unhealthy patterns established from their own traumas and insecure attachments. While training with the Gottman Institute and attachment therapies, I have gained skills to compassionately guide and support couples.
