I always want to ensure you have a safe space to express yourself in any way. I communicate in a direct yet caring manner. I always try and add some humor and realness to my sessions to ensure clients' comfort and freedom.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist started when I was a teenager struggling with my own mental health issues. As I grew up, my passion for helping people grew as well. I was always the friend who loved to help my friends with problems, and that motivated me to continue my education.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting with a collaborative approach to ensure that the client is willing to work on their specific goals. We will discuss the most important goals you would like to work on and adjust based on your progress in treatment.

Our first session

In the first session, I spend time getting to know the client. It is a laid-back style, and time for me to ask the necessary questions to develop a treatment plan.
