This new chapter does not have to be taken alone. I work with individuals, families, and teens navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore solutions and become the best version of yourself.
My focus
I work as a psychotherapist with children, adults, and families. I am willing to see individuals, families, and minors ages 13-17. My focus includes anxiety, depression, self-harming, stress, trauma and PTSD, panic attacks, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, grief, anger management, and ADHD.
My approach
I create a safe, nonjudgmental space to help you become your best self. Together we will find solutions while achieving your goals using evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, and Trauma Focused approaches.
