My journey to mental healthcare

Like many people, I've faced my own challenges and learned how important it is to have support, understanding, and guidance along the way. Through experience, I discovered how healing it can be to feel heard and understood. That inspired me to become the therapist I needed, someone who listens without judgment, helps people, and walks beside them.
