You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I'm an LMFT who works with adults experiencing overthinking, emotional overwhelm, trauma responses, and physical tension or pain. Through a holistic, somatic approach, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward deeper healing.
My focus
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD, including those impacted by chronic stress, climate anxiety, and eco-anxiety. My clients are often seeking to understand what lies beneath their symptoms, cultivate greater self-compassion, and feel more grounded, connected, and safe in their bodies.
My approach
I treat the whole person holistically through somatic trauma therapy, incorporating breathwork, guided imagery, inner child healing, mindfulness, and self-compassion. I integrate EMDR, Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), and IFS-informed parts work to help regulate your nervous system, heal your relationship with Self, and remember who you are.
