I'm an authentic and creative therapist who cares deeply about connecting with you, building trust, and holding the therapeutic space. I'm a Licensed MFT, wife, mother, and nature lover.
My focus
I'm a Registered Sandplay Practitioner and offer the use of miniatures for you to represent your inner world, in a process similar to three-dimensional collage. I'm also in Terry Real's Relational Life Therapy training (an effective modality for developmental & relational trauma). I look forward to connecting with you soon, via phone call or email.
My approach
I use an integrative approach of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Sandplay, art therapy, eco-therapy, mindfulness, somatic, and parts work. I also offer walk and talk therapy in nature, which naturally lowers barriers to vulnerability, helping you spark new ways of thinking and overcome mental hurdles.
