Hi there, I'm Desiree!

Are you struggling with what's on your plate, or whether you are doing "what you're supposed to be doing"? Are you transitioning into a new phase, or ready to do something different? Are you feeling urgency to finally do the inner work so you can live in alignment with your innermost desires & values? If so, I look forward to connecting with you.

My focus

Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. Give yourself permission to take time for yourself. You deserve a space to do this. I'll meet you with compassion & evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the challenges that brought you here. I currently work with mostly women, BIPOC, & LGBTQ+ adults. Let's work together!

My approach

I use a variety of therapy styles & tailor my approach to your needs. Mindfulness, connecting to creativity, and a culturally informed social-justice lens also inform my practice and are important to me. I often assign homework between sessions. This might look like exercises or activities to engage in, or prompts to consider and reflect upon.
