I work with various populations, including children/elderly, adolescents, and abuse related issued. Working with adolescents/college students has been part of my practice. Helping people in distress to reconnect with those feelings that they once experienced is my goal.

My approach

My approach is client-centered. I also utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Approach in working with different populations. However, it is CBT, Humanistic, and Solution-Focused Therapy that anchors my orientation to counseling.

When it comes to goal setting with clients, I follow a structured and collaborative approach to ensure that their objectives are clearly defined, achievable, and aligned with their desired outcomes. I assist them in prioritizing goals and we discuss the importance and urgency of each to determine which ones should be tackled first.
