I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and I have worked in a wide variety of clinical settings but really enjoy being able to provide care and support via telehealth. I specialize in mental health medication management and offer a personalized, holistic, evidence-based approach to the treatment of mental health conditions.
My approach
Together, we can develop a plan to restore your mental health and obtain your goals. In addition to prescribing psychotropic medications, we can use lifestyle interventions, nutrition counseling, therapy modalities, and more to help you find hope and experience sustainable life changes.
My focus
My primary patient populations are children, adolescents, and young adults who are struggling with depression, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and substance use disorders.

I am passionate about helping you heal, find hope, and thrive in life. I provide a safe and empathetic space so that we can achieve your mental wellness goals. I believe that mental wellness comes from all aspects of your life so we will incorporate this into your treatment.
My first session with you
To ensure we have a productive first visit, please be sure to fill out your intake form in advance! During our first visit, we will complete a full mental health assessment and evaluation. There will be lots of questions during this visit, especially regarding your medical and mental health history. Once we have completed your evaluation, we can then discuss a treatment plan specific to your needs that will get you on the road to feeling better as soon as possible!
