My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up Korean-American, there wasn't many opportunities in understanding mental health. I want to be part of someone's journey in identifying one's identity, being supported through life circumstances, and processing their life experiences so that they can become a more authentic versions of themselves.

My goals for you

I see therapy as a collaboration. Together, we’ll set goals that matter to you—whether that’s improving relationships, building self-esteem, or pursuing personal growth. As you gain new insights, we’ll adapt your plan to stay meaningful and supportive as you move toward where you want to be.

Our first session

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. It’s normal to feel nervous—therapy is a process we’ll build together over time. We’ll move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout.
