I specialize in career choices, educational goals, family dynamics, parenting, relationship challenges, loneliness, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and cultural issues. I work with the LGBT+ community and offer bilingual services in English and Spanish.
My focus
I work with a diverse adult clientele, ranging from young adults to more senior folks. I can work with individuals who are recreating themselves, including the elderly, families, teens, couples, and individuals with life transitions. I offer culturally sensitive help in both English and Spanish, sí hablo Espaῆol.
My approach
My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strength-based. I primarily use mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and somatic techniques. Furthermore, I want to get to know my clients on a personal level, listen to their concerns, and hope that they feel empowered in their future endeavors.
