My communication style

My communication style is warm, compassionate, and honest. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly without judgment. I’ll listen and support you, but I’ll also ask questions, offer different perspectives, and gently challenge you when needed to help you gain insight and move toward meaningful change.

My journey to mental healthcare

I’ve always been drawn to understanding people, relationships, and the experiences that shape who we become. Over the past 10 years as a therapist, that passion has only grown. I love creating a space where people can feel understood, discover more about themselves, heal, and realize that meaningful change is possible.

My goals for you

We’ll work together to identify what you want to change and what may be getting in the way. I help you break those goals into realistic steps, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build tools you can use outside of therapy. We’ll also check in along the way and adjust as your needs and goals evolve.

Our first session

Our first session is about getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been happening, what you hope to change, and what you’d like to get out of our work together. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. I’ll ask questions, listen, and help us identify where we can begin.
