I draw upon a wide array of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, self-compassion, and solution-focused therapy, to provide the most individualized and effective treatment for my clients, creating personalized plans congruent with their goals.

I work with adults of all ages, assisting them in identifying areas of growth. I am willing to see individuals, families, and couples. My specialties include addiction, alcohol use, anger management, anxiety, behavioral issues, borderline personality, bipolar disorder, coping skills, depression, women's issues, trauma and PTSD, suicidal ideation, self-harming, mood disorders, impulse control disorders, cultural stress, grief, impulsivity, job stress, thought disorders, stress, eating disorders, panic attacks, psychosis, self-esteem, and domestic violence.

My journey to mental healthcare
I obtained my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) at the California School of Professional Psychology, San Diego, from August 2011 to August 2018. I have worked in community mental health, inpatient, outpatient, college counseling, and forensic settings, where I gained the professional knowledge and expertise to clinically conceptualize and create individualized treatment plans.
