My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist is rooted in lived experience and a deep desire to help others feel seen, empowered, and capable. Having spent time in foster care, I developed a passion for working with young adults in transitional stages. Motherhood has deepened my appreciation for the emotional weight new mothers carry.

Our first session

The first session is focused on gathering comprehensive background information and beginning to collaboratively develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you're encouraged to share openly at your own pace. By the end, we'll identify initial goals and discuss the structure of ongoing sessions.
