My communication style

The session's tone is often led by deep breathing to center and prepare us for the work to be done. This type of tone allows us to take a moment to reflect and gives us space for thought on each topic. We seek to find that peaceful equilibrium in each session.

My journey to mental healthcare

Being a therapist is a calling, and healing is a journey. That journey lends experience, wisdom, considerate change, and ultimately growth for both the client and the therapist. I am a lifetime learner of people (myself included).

My goals for you

Short-term and long-term goals are important. Finding ways to reward and keep ourselves accountable is just as significant. We come for a reason, and finding ways to track those changes is an important part of the "process."

Our first session

Our first session includes mindfulness, deep breathing, recognizing locus of control, and usually a little more of my background that can help fill in the blanks.
