As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in the treatment of adolescents, parents, couples, and families, I approach therapy as a partnership, and I look forward to working alongside you.

My focus

My specialty is working with teens, parents, couples, and families. My heart is in family therapy and helping teens and their parents reconnect as a family. In addition, I am skilled in individual therapy for both adults and youth struggling with anxiety, substance use, trauma, and relationships.

My communication style is supportive and warm. By building a strong therapeutic relationship, I cultivate a welcoming space where my clients feel safe to share openly. I believe in a collaborative approach to support you in reaching your goals through direct and constructive feedback.

My journey to mental healthcare

As the oldest daughter of four, I have always been a natural caregiver. I was and still am the person my family calls on for support. Working with teens and families who struggle with their relationship and connection has taught me that unconditional love and support are the foundation for healing. This foundation guides my work with all clients.

Our first session together will begin with discussing what brought you to therapy. We will talk about goals for therapy and your expectations for therapy. I will also spend some time getting to know you. We will work together to make sure you feel confident and ready to start this journey to healing.
