My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a provider began with a desire to support others through difficult life experiences and help reduce the stigma around mental health. Through my training and clinical experience, I developed a deep appreciation for the healing power of therapy and the importance of a supportive, collaborative therapeutic relationship.
