I work with singles and couples looking to improve communication and break negative patterns. I also work well with adults revisiting their purpose and identity during a life transition.

My approach

I ask curious questions to help you uncover barriers to smashing your goals, and I collaborate with you on new strategies that you actually WANT to use (bye, wrinkled fill-in-the-blank worksheets, no one even has printers anymore). I love using habit psychology and relational approaches to combine insight and action.
