I help clients with depression, stress, insomnia, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, sleep disorders, ADHD, habit creation, mid-life transitions, and women's issues. I'm certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, the most effective treatment for insomnia.

I take a client-centered, whole-person approach starting with your goals and vision. Sessions are client-driven but active, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, breathing, meditation, grounding, EFT Tapping, and discussions of how nutrition and movement can support your goals.
