I work with individuals and couples. My specialties include relationship conflict, marital and premarital counseling, codependency, depression, anxiety, cultural distress, divorce, grief, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, women's issues, and parenting.
My approach
My therapeutic approach is warm and collaborative. Therapy is the space for my clients to feel affirmed. I was trained in Imago Relationship Therapy and conceptualized much of my work through this theory. The theory encompasses depth psychology and the behavioral sciences. We find ways that work to create opportunities for lasting healing.
