I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience treating eating disorders at the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels. I have specialized training in trauma treatment modalities such as EMDR and TF-CBT.

I tailor my treatment approach to each individual, integrating techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Existential Therapy. My goal is to assist clients in navigating various issues, fostering personal recovery and growth.
My focus
I work with individuals, couples, families, and minors aged 13-17 on a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, anger management, grief, relationship issues, trauma, substance use, and more. I strive to create a supportive environment to help clients through life's challenges.

My journey to mental healthcare
Prior to specializing in eating disorders, I worked in community mental health with the Juvenile Justice Department, supporting youth in the Probation and Social Services systems. I also provided intensive outpatient mental health treatment to children, teens, families, and young adults facing mental health disorders and traumatic experiences. This background solidified my passion for helping others heal and grow.
