Hi there, I'm Laurie!

I see clients virtually and hold a certificate as a Certified Autism-Informed Professional. In my approach to therapy, I do not believe one size fits all; instead, I work with the individual utilizing the approach that is right for them.

My focus

I enjoy working with adolescents who are twelve and over, along with adults. I see individuals who may be struggling with life transitions and challenges, which tend to look like anxiety, depression, Autism, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Schizoaffective disorder, and trauma.

My approach

I work with individuals to determine which therapeutic approach may benefit my client the most. My approach is heavy in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness. While working with couples, I utilize the Gottman method to help propel communication and collaboration.
