I use a holistic approach to help individuals be the best version of themselves. I've practiced in various mental health settings, including child welfare, mental health clinics, and school settings, supporting clients through their healing journeys.
My focus
I focus on working with a culturally diverse population, at-risk youth and adults who are healing from complex trauma, and experiencing depression or anxiety. I work with youth who exhibit symptoms of ADHD, and youth developing healthy relationships and effective communication skills.
My approach
My therapeutic approaches include dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
