My communication style is warm, empathetic, and direct. I believe in being transparent with my clients and offering honest feedback in a way that is both supportive and constructive. My goal is to create an open, trusting space where you feel heard and understood, while also gently challenging you to make meaningful progress.

My journey to mental healthcare

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been curious about people—their experiences, emotions, and what makes them who they are. Even as a child, I found myself wondering how others were feeling and what their day was like. That curiosity eventually led me to study psychology, where I became fascinated by the brain’s resilience and capacity for change.

My goals for you

I will work with you to set realistic, meaningful goals using solution-focused techniques. Together, we’ll break down what you want to achieve into clear, actionable steps that feel doable. At the end of each session, I like to leave you with something concrete to work on before our next meeting, so you can start seeing real progress.

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start building a comfortable, trusting connection. We'll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to work on, and what you hope to get out of therapy. I’ll also be transparent about what you can expect, what sessions might look like, and how we’ll move forward together.
