Hi There! My name is Michelle Gutierrez, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As humans, we all go through obstacles and life-changing events. My goal is to provide a safe place where you feel supported without the fear of judgment.
My approach
I provide psychotherapy with a client/centered approach, meaning that my work is a collaborative process where client's expressed goals are a guide for their treatment. I utilize a few approaches including psychodynamic, Dialectical BehavioraL Therapy, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Motivational Interviewing.

My professional experiences include adults who may suffer from Trauma, Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Co-occurring Disorder, Substance Abuse, and the everyday life struggles.
