I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes healing happens when people feel heard, supported, and empowered. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship challenges, using CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and IPT to help clients build practical skills and meaningful, lasting change.

My focus

I work with children, teens, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I also have experience supporting foster youth and immigrant families while providing culturally responsive, compassionate care.

My approach

I take a collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented approach to therapy. I tailor treatment to each client's needs using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Interpersonal Therapy to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change.

My journey to mental healthcare

My work with children, families, and underserved communities inspired me to become a therapist. I find purpose in helping clients feel understood, build resilience, and recognize that healing and growth are possible.
