After experiencing my own childhood and early adulthood trauma and entering therapy myself, I have utilized the approaches that assisted me in finding my voice with others, which is tremendously gratifying.

My goals for you

My goal is to assist clients with coping skills and resources to utilize throughout the therapy process. I typically provide homework to assist them in being able to function independently.

I provide unconditional positive regard and emotional support in a safe, comforting, non-judgmental environment where we can build rapport.
