I use an eclectic approach including Person-Centered, Humanistic, Existential, Solution-Focused, Meaning-Centered, Acceptance and Commitment, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies. I adjust my approach to fit your unique needs as we identify challenges and work on strategies.

Open communication in a non-judgmental environment is a top priority, as well as active listening and empathy. I'm described as gentle in my communication, yet able to have difficult conversations in a calm, supportive, and nurturing way.

The beauty of the human spirit and our ability to heal has always been a deep interest of mine, especially in connection with ourselves and others.
