My focus
I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, conflict, and internal struggles. I especially enjoy family therapy to resolve miscommunication and misunderstandings. As a Latino, I have experience supporting the BiPOC community.
My approach
In my practice, I utilize Talk Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, Family Therapy, and Exposure Therapy, among others. My goal is to help you and your loved ones solve conflicts, improve communication, and work to resolve trauma.
