My work entails cognitive, holistic, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches. Often, there may be inner child or psychodynamic interventions used. Together, we explore the mind-body connection and help you discover your inner capacity for healing.

My journey to mental healthcare
I have always been interested in how people feel and think. From an early age, I was entuned with emotions. I am a firm believer in expressing all emotions and not holding on to unwanted feelings and harboring negativity. I am driven by seeing my clients understand themselves and become their authentic selves. I look forward to being on this journey with you!

Goal setting is initiated during the intake session. Goals may ebb and flow throughout the process of therapy and that is expected. Together, we will explore realistic goals and outcomes for therapy.

During our first meeting, you can expect to share your history and what brings you into therapy. We will explore your treatment, discuss the process of therapy, address future sessions, and answer any questions you may have.
