My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a provider began with a deep desire to help others, which I’ve felt from a young age. I have always found a sense of purpose and peace in supporting others through challenges and witnessing their growth. My passion for mental health work was further shaped by my own experiences in treatment.

My goals for you

I utilize the recovery model in my practice, emphasizing a collaborative approach where goals are created together with each client. By partnering with clients, I support them in identifying meaningful, achievable objectives that align with their values and priorities.

Our first session

During our initial session, we will focus on getting to know one another and establishing a foundation of trust and rapport, which I view as a cornerstone of the therapeutic relationship.
