Hi there, I'm Kimberly!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), native of southern California, who is currently offering telehealth services to California residents. I am passionate about working with women who are dealing with life changes and want to manage their stress better. I am looking to expand my experience in working with new and expectant mothers.

My focus

I find that I fit best with young adults who are ready to be vulnerable and explore their own thoughts/feelings/actions in a safe therapeutic environment. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and have several years of experience working with young adults, adults, and mothers alongside their children/adolescents.

My approach

My approach tends to be client-centered and depending on the client I may use elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and sometimes we may also explore early attachments to identify and remedy unhelpful patterns. Again, this all depends on the individual needs of a client.
