My journey to mental healthcare

I grew up in a diverse city in Los Angeles and witnessed the effects of stress and trauma on the community and social levels. As a result, I wanted to contribute to the solution rather than the problem as a long-term goal.

My goals for you

I help my clients reach their goals in a multitude of ways because I integrate holistic and well-rounded approaches that are tailored to each client. More specifically, I use empathy, individualization, active listening, practicality, relatability, resilience building/strength training, psychoeducation on coping skills, and building healthy habits.

Our first session

The first session is typically focused on getting to know your reasons for seeking therapy in a personalized and in-depth way. Also, the 1st session will be utilized to become familiar with your preferences and comfort level.
