My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to a career as a therapist through my passion for understanding human relationships and my commitment to social justice. Being a part of the LGBTQ and other diverse communities has given me a unique perspective and drives me to provide inclusive, affirming care to those navigating their own complex identities and relationships.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting collaboratively, helping clients identify their personal strengths and aspirations. Together, we establish clear, achievable goals that align with their values and desired outcomes, using a narrative approach to highlight successes and milestones along the way.

Our first session

In the first session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where we begin to explore their story and identify the issues they want to address. We will discuss their goals and set the foundation for our work together, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
