As a member of the LGBTQ, non-monogamous, nudist, kink, and neurodivergent communities, I provide an inclusive and supportive space for exploration and growth.

I typically work with clients navigating issues related to gender, sex, love, romance, non-monogamy, kink and BDSM dynamics, relationship concerns, and societal stressors such as prejudice and bigotry. I am particularly experienced in helping individuals and couples within the spectrums of Gender, Sexual, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD).
My approach
My approach is informed by Narrative therapy, postmodern, and sex-positive feminist theory. You are the expert of your own life; the problem is the problem, not you. I use a social justice perspective to create a safe, affirming environment, drawing from motivational interviewing, DBT, CBT, and emotionally focused therapy.
