When life's challenges put you into survival mode, mental and physical distress can increase. I help you explore your sense of self and personal awareness to uncover what a fulfilled and rewarding life will look and feel like.

I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use, addiction, trauma, grief, loss, bereavement, family and relational stress, chronic medical issues, LGBTQIA+ issues, personality disorders, life and career transitions, and cultural stress.

I work with empathy, support, and acceptance to help you identify how recurring unhealthy thought patterns manifest as emotional and mental distress. My goal is to help you remove these psychological obstacles so you can define or reconnect with the level of functioning necessary to maintain the life you truly desire.
