I create a safe place for you to have a voice and encourage you to tell me if anything I say or do is offensive, if you don't understand it, or if you didn't feel good after, so you feel validated.

My journey to mental healthcare

I always wanted to work with people who were less fortunate than I was to assist them in finding the best life possible with the hand they have been dealt.

My goals for you

I encourage your participation in goal setting, giving suggestions for you to choose from, and letting you know it is a good way to measure your progress or lack thereof.

Our first session

In our first session, I provide compassion, understanding, honesty, kindness, and psychoeducation. We'll complete your initial assessment and agree upon a diagnosis together.
