My journey to mental healthcare

One of the most important things in life is creating a community where individuals can live a joyful, peaceful, and fulfilling life. That's the foundation of my practice. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege to work with an array of populations, including children, adults, caregivers, and justice-involved clients.

My goals for you

Together, we will explore the thoughts and images that come to mind and body. We will work towards understanding the root of patterns to increase self-awareness of the body's reaction when experiencing emotions such as anger, fear, and sadness. Together, we will identify new strategies to cope with feelings, events, and sensations.

Building trust and engagement is the first step to building a therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss your interest, challenges, and preliminary goals in seeking therapy. Together, we'll create a therapy that fits your needs.
