Hi there, I'm Raven!

I predominantly work with adolescents, men's issues, and mood disorders; however, I am happy to work with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

My focus

I have worked with children and adolescents for many years as a therapist, and also before my clinical training. I am okay with big emotions as well as silence. I am comfortable working with all ages and backgrounds and will strive to help my clients feel safe and understood.

My approach

I am constantly balancing unconditional positive regard for my clients with a healthy amount of confrontation. I often work from a psychodynamic or existential therapeutic approach. At times, however, I believe it's best to utilize interventions and tools from any relevant orientation if helpful.
