My focus

There are hard moments in life we can't seem to shake off. That feeling of not being enough, not being accepted, or not feeling loved. There is hope, friend. This is not your forever if you choose to step into the healing journey.

My approach

I use Solution-Focused Brief therapy to help you reach your desired goal and navigate roadblocks you haven't been able to address on your own. I also incorporate Narrative therapy, which helps us feel understood and encouraged that others have gone through similar situations.

My communication style

We will gently walk through the wounds that have been keeping you from running freely into your destiny. There is also encouragement for those who desire life coaching and need help getting unstuck.

My journey to mental healthcare

I initially started working at my local church as a counselor and was encouraged to continue my education. This unraveled into a passion. I now strive to partner with local therapists who incorporate their faith with mental health.

The first session is about getting to know you. Your background and history alongside your expectations of therapy and relaying a realistic standard that can be achieved. We will develop goals and steps to get to your desired destination.
