Hi there, I'm Diane!

As a seasoned therapist with over 20 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping diverse individuals and families strengthen their relationships and overcome life's challenges. My name is Diane and I hold an MS in Counseling.

My approach

My therapeutic approach draws from a range of modalities, including Attachment-based, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Family Systems, Mindfulness-Based, Psychodynamic, and Trauma-Focused therapies. I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs, working collaboratively to foster growth and healing.

My focus

I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, behavioral issues, and family conflict. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with codependency, grief, self-esteem, and stress management.

My communication style

My communication style is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.

My goals for you

My goal is to help you develop the insight, coping skills, and resilience needed to navigate life's challenges and foster fulfilling relationships. Whether you are an individual seeking personal growth or a family looking to strengthen your bonds, I am here to support you on your journey.

My first session with you
