Hi there, I'm Paul!
For 15 years, I have enjoyed providing counseling and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families going through a wide range of experiences. Each unique individual has been a privilege to get to know. I have also worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco and have lectured at San Francisco State.

I work with clients of all ages and have extensive experience with couples and families navigating relationship conflict, communication challenges, life transitions, attachment issues, addiction, and personal growth.
My approach
My approach is usually specific to the individual client, couple, or family. Whether I'm utilizing Gestalt, DBT, CBT, Adlerian, or Gottman's techniques, I'll try to meet the client where they're at and mutually work together to help them achieve their goals.
